FAQ

What is the difference between Standard and Express delivery?

Standard delivery is a 48-hour service but can take 3 to 5 working days depending on the courier used. Express delivery is a 24-hour service, which is our equivalent of a “next day delivery”, and we try to fulfil this within 24 hours as best as we can. But if the item with Express delivery is bought on Friday after 2 p.m., then the item will not arrive until Tuesday due to being shipped on Monday.

What is the minimum for free delivery?

Your basket must reach £150 before it is eligible for free delivery. Only certain areas in the United Kingdom are eligible, and this is made clear during checkout once delivery details have been entered.

My order has been dispatched, am I still able to cancel it?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, then it cannot be cancelled.

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?

You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from our retail store. As it is still considered a website order, our shop staff will have no access to it and can only help when it is ready to be collected.

I put the wrong delivery address for my order, can this be changed?

If the delivery has not yet been shipped, we can change it. If it has, we can request the courier to do this, but if the item is delivered to the first address then we cannot be held responsible. If the item is returned back to us, it will be refunded (deducting any return cost we have been charged).
